Frequently Asked Questions

What states are you licensed in?

I am pre-licensed in Colorado and only permitted to provide services to Colorado residents.

Do you off in-person appointments?

Not at this time. I offer telehealth appointments for your comfort and convenience. However, if/when the weather is nice I do enjoy walk&talk therapy. If this is something you are interested in please reach out!

Do you only see First Responders and Healthcare Professionals?

Nope! While I specialize in supporting healthcare professionals and first responders, I welcome anyone facing the challenges of life’s transitions, relational struggles, anxiety, or stress.

What is your rate?

Therapy is an investment in yourself and your relationships—much like spending on a gym membership, a massage, coffee, or a vacation. It offers emotional healing, growth, and the opportunity to repair and strengthen connections, both with yourself and others.

When you work with me, you’ll have a reserved time—either weekly or biweekly—to focus on the goals we create together. I ask for your commitment to this process, which includes honoring our scheduled appointments and session fees.

My fees is as follows:

$145.00 per each 45-50 minute session

Can I get a reduced rate?

I am committed to making therapy accessible and affordable for everyone. To support this, I offer sliding scale slots for clients who need financial flexibility. Please note that these slots are limited, and I encourage you to reach out to discuss options that can fit your budget while prioritizing your well-being. My goal is to ensure cost is not a barrier to the care and support you deserve.

Do you accept insurance?

As a specialty provider, I do not participate in any insurance plans. However a lot of insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits. Check with your insurance company to see what they can cover and if you would be eligible for reimbursement. Please note that I cannot guarantee any services will be reimbursed by insurance.

How can I utilize my out-of-network benefits?

Each month, I will provide you with an itemized statement (Superbill) you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. You are responsible for paying the full fee to me at the end of every session.
